What We Do
By learning about your menstrual cycle and signs of fertility you can use this information to help you conceive, avoid pregnancy or learn more about your fertility and menstrual cycle. No fancy devices are needed, just a pen, digital thermometer, a fertility chart and individualised teaching from a Fertility First Fertility Educator.
Fertility First offers education in fertility, the menstrual cycle and natural family planning methods to women and their partners, health professionals and community groups.
We teach only the scientifically proven Sympto-Thermal Method and the Lactational Amenorrhoea Methods of Natural Family Planning as approved by the World Health Organisation.
Our Fertility Educators are accredited with Natural Fertility New Zealand.

About Us
Cassandra Woollett
Cassandra has worked as a Fertility Educator since 1999 and was appointed National Clinical
Supervisor for Natural Fertility NZ (NFNZ) in 2004. She qualified as a Registered Nurse and has
experience working in the community and public health. Cassandra runs a clinic in Christchurch
seeing clients one on one, both face to face and online with clients locally,
nationally and internationally. Skype and Zoom clients are her speciality. She also provides education and
training to
community groups and health professionals such as midwifes, lactation consultants, Family
Planning,
Nurses and Doctors.
As National Clinical Supervisor for NFNZ, she is responsible for: clinical audits of
practitioners,
ongoing Fertility Educator Training, providing Clinical Supervision in groups and individually,
is
the
lead trainer at NFNZs Fertility Educator Training Course, and speaks at National and
International
conferences e.g. Practice Nurse’s, Natural Health (Sydney), Lactation Consultants, La Leche
League,
Women in Leadership (UC)
